I bought a new IFB (Senetor) washing machine. The machine is not working appropriatly from the day it has landed/installed (thats what they claim). The wash cycle knob gets stuck quite often and also some times it take more than 3 hours to complete. I have been trying to get place a complaint but the phones put me in endless hold and the person who installed the machine responded once and asked me to turn the dial a couple of cycles and restart and try. But it did not help and still I have to turn the knob manually if it is stuck in a place for more than 30 minutes. when I tried few more times to call the person who installed, he does not even pick up the phone. It is really very very poor customer care.
