We had purchased an IFB Washing amchine two years back. On 15 Jun 09 I had launched for a compalint and requested for a MAndatory vist and for the same I was given a token No.3140753. But no one had turned up. All of a sudden a received a message in my mobile on 18 Jun 09 stateing that the mandatory vist was resolved and how the service was. I was so surprised I called the call center and they requested me to contact the local gudown for the service not rendered. I called them on 17 Jun 09 and two ladies attended and the call and they said they will get back to us but there was no reply from tham. Meanwhile i got a call from IFB stating that my AMC is getting expired on 28 Jul 09. where as i had paid Rs.- at the time of purchased for an additional 2 years warrenty. She said is it so and there was no confirmation from her. All of a sudden a guy has come home and he called me just now stateing that he has come for the service. Since I am working I had requested them to send their service person on weekend where as this guy says he is not aware of it. The service and the care given to the customer is very very poor. There is no service from IFB. I never thouht it will have such a poor customer service.
