Door Lock Replacement

Door lock was not working, We approached to Ahmedabad Customer care. They gave Vadodara Customer care phone number 0265-6582156. Initially it was not approachable. We could contact after several attempts. Complaint registered-- complaint no.3074039. One Mr. Laxmikant turned up. He fixed up the new door lock. We paid Rs.750/ towards service charge and cost for lock. We operated machine only once. Very next day the lock is not working. we again contacted Vadodara customer care. Initially, they did not respond. We requested to replace the part and repair the machine at their cost. Later one lady spoke to us and informed that we have to again pay for repair. She did not allow us to speak to incharge of the centre.

My complaint is that if a part replaces by company' technician does not work even for 24 Hrs, why should I pay for it again? Kindly help to get the repair done free of cost with free replacement of part.
