Very poor response

Services are generally poor.

We registered a complaint on 23 July and got complaint no3290368 the same day evening at 7.00pm in the mobile.

No one came for service the next dayor today

But when we checked up this afternoon it was to our surprise that the ticket is closed saying we were out of station

It is very disgusting and very difficult to follow through these guys. We tried reching the agency on their landline/ Mobile butin vain

Believe the concerned agency will take necessary steps to rsolve the issue
