Lucknow Service Center - worse experience

We had a bought a 5.5 kg load fully automatic washing machine in Oct. First, they took one month to install. After 3 months the machine started creating problems with functioning. You have to call the customer care 5 times a day to get to talk to somebody who understands what exactly the problem could be and then visit the place. For the past 2 months since May the machine is not working and needs to be replaced, since the motor has some issues and gives E1 error. We have to talked to everybody in the their whole customer care office from Calcutta to Lucknow, but to no avail.

If anybody knows or has an experience of getting IFB washing machine fixed, please do share.

I am not recommending anybody this product or any product from such a company.
