Not washing properly/ complaint no39004321

From few months my washing machine is not properly working Yesterday one person came from service centre he was opened machine told that drum, bearing, motor is gone out of service he has given estimate of more than rs7000/.so my question is that above parts is not repairable, because only three year machine is old and repair cost is coming more.
