IN JULY WE BOUGHT IFB SENATOR WASHING MACHING (WHICH IS THE BIGGIEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE) JUST AFTER ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE, MACHINE STOPPED WORKING. WE LODGGED THE COMPLAINT AND THE ENGINEER CHANGED THE NEW MOTOR. HOW COULD THE NEW MOTOR BE CHANGED?
AFTER ONE MONTH OF THIS, MACHINE STARTED GIVING PROBLEM AGAIN AND THAN THE ENGINEER CAME AND SAID THE BELT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. ARE YOU PEOPLE TRYING TO SAY THAT EACH AND EVERY PART OF THE MACHINE IS FAULTY? THAN PLEASE CHANGE THE MACHINE AND GIVE THE NEW ONE.
NOW, THERE IS A PROBLEM OF WATER LEAKAGE AND DRYER IS NOT WORKING. WE HAVE LODGGED THE COMPLAINT BUT THE SAME IS NOT GETTING ATTENDED.
IN SPITE OF LODGING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE PROPERLY. THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT YET EXPIRED. ILL RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TODAY. DID NOT SEND A SERVICE PERSONNEL ALTHOUGH COMMITED TO DO SO AND COMPELLING ME TO TAKE LEAVE FROM MY OFICE. NO ONE CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER. NO NUMBER OF THE HIGHER OFFICIALS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. DEMENDING IMMEDIATE REDRESSAL.
IN EACH AND EVERY SERVICE SOME OR THE OTHER PART IS GETTING CHANGED. IS THE COMPANY TRYING TO SAY THAT EACH AND EVERY PART OF THE MACHINE IS FAULTY? THAN PLEASE CHANGE THE MACHINE AND GIVE THE NEW ONE.
