IFB WASHING MACHINE
Not working and spare part not fixed

Dear Sir,

My IFB Customer No. is 1553928 and my IFB Senator 6Kg is not working from 11-11-09, and it is in warranty period, but spare part not available inspite of repeated assurance by them that it will be replaced.

Kind action requested.
