Sir,

I purchased the washing machine in November at NEXT show room Thiruvallur. But till date no one has attended for the initial orientation demo making me wonder how you will take care of after sales service if the demo is itself taking such a long time. I would like to know the reason for this no-show while i look forward to your early attendance. NEXT show room's Call reg. no.1503843.
