Drier not working

The drier was not working. We have put AMC. The technican advised to change the motor and lock But for the past 25 days there is no response from the technician or from the concerned department. This is an irresponsible way of comunicating to the cusomer. The manager of IFB at chennai branch is not at all picking up the call. Please do not buy any product from IFB. For the past 25 days the parts to be replaced is coming from bombay. But no futher steps or tresponse is there from their side
