IFB, washing machine
NO RESPONSE TO SERVICE CALL

Its been five days i have lodged a complaint with the IFB service centre as my washing machine is non functional. Every day i am being assured by IFB personal that some one will come on call, and their has been no response and no contact through telephone by the service centre. We have been under service contract since the machine was bought. It has been real hardship for us as our washing clothes are getting gathered. I would in future never buy any IFB product and never recommend it to anybody due to my bad experience.

Our service centre is AMTECH services, (jogeshwari west).
