IFB WASHING MACHINE
Lot of vibration and poor performance

Sir, I have purchased a IFB washing machine from viveks Trichy. Now that

machine is not working properly. The service engineers are agreed that there

are facults in the machine. After a couple of weeks there is no information

form both the side.(Service centre and viveks trichy)

Till date there is no reply. The branch incharge know very well regarding

this issue.

If the vendor is not ready to replace the machine I will take necessary action

thro Consumer court. I have evidance regarding mistakes in the washing

machine. So far 5 service engineers attended the problem, But there is no

solution. The only solution is replacement (suggestion is given by

Shankar-service manager-trichy and pudukkottai)
