i have purchased ifb washing machine in July. the machine giving trouble right from October (water leakage.) your service people attending the calls but they do not have the capacity to repair the machine for the past one year. i have taken up the matter with M/s.giriyas enterprises, coimbatiore from whom i purchased the machine, ifb service people taken the machine for service at their service centre coimbatore for which they charged Rs.500 for loading and unloading charges. even after service at the service centre the problem was not rectified by the service people. i have purchased the machine for Rs.17, 000 for a brand new one. if you people is not in a position to rectify the problem better replace the machine with brand new one or i will be forced to take necessary action through consumer court.
