Very poor service-Non-availability of Spares

I am placed at Cohin, Kerala. I have purchase one IFB washing machine Digital 6 KG in 2006 and the same was installed in September. I have taken extended warranty of 2 years over and above the 2 years warrany provided at the time of purchase. The Machine is presently under the extensed warranty.
I have registered a Service request with the IFB Customer care some where around 3th August. It took almost 4 to 5 days for the Service personel to give the first call, that to after repeated calls to the customer care. The Service personel after inspection suggested replacement of the Board. However, spare board was not available with him as well as with the Service Centre. He has promised to replace the same as soon as the stocks are available. Now after repeated calls every week till today 28-08 I get the same reply about the non-availability of stock. It is almost 25 days since I have registered by first complaint and stil there is no resolution
I am absolutley dissapointed with the service of IFB and regret purchasing the Brand on which I had ardrent loyalty earlier, since I was using IFB Washing Machine from 1996 onwards when I was in Hyderabad and had decided to go for the IFB when I decided to change my Washing Machine.
