IFB, Washing Machine Executive Plus
Complaint not being attended to even when on AMC

I have a washing machine (Model Executive Plus) of IFB, which is on AMC and which now has a problem. I registered a complaint with the IFB call centre on 24 Jan 09, but no one has contacted me for the repairs till now, inspite of several reminders (the last one being on 08 Feb 09).
