Nonsupply of belt

Ihave been requesting for supply one belt for replacement in the ifb washing purchased by my friend now working in addis ababa, ethiopia. senator 6kg. belt model megadyne el 1333j6., I sent three emails and contacted phone no.9344011778 thrice, was promised for delivery within 48 hours, but no response till now. As my friend is going to addis ababa, i want to send the belt through him. I tried to contact 9344011778, but swithced off. i am sending this email as a complaint as i find no other way to contact you for supply of belt. i have been askig for supply of belt for the 10 days, but yet to be supplied. please arrange to deliver the belt atlest now.

i purchased one ifb washing machine last year for my daughter under the presumption that your after sales service will be good as the machine working is also good. please do the needful urgently
