I have purchased IFB, senator in october.it is in warranty period. From the date of purchase, I 'm facing problem with the machine. Till now the problem was not rectified due to inefficient service. I have lodged complaints nearly 8-10 times.the people are responding, but unable to solve the problem.we want contact directly to the person who was looking after this type of issues in Hyderabad.plz inform the contact details.thank you.
