Spin not working- poor service

I am using the ifb washing machine for the last 12 years. Till now the service was very good. Now I am workig in district hospital Idukki, Kerala state. In sep 09 suddenly a sound came during spin. ON 12-09-09 they changed the bearing and belt. charged Rs. 3350 /-. But complaint persisted probably increased. Then I was told that some concrete block broken.they took the machine to their shop, returned after 10 days.chaged another Rs.550 /-

Complaint increased. Now a burning smell came from the machine. Now they are telling that machine is in out of order. After that till now no response from them. Machine become useless.

This is for the first time in last 11 years
