IFB WM SENATOR DX 6 KG
NO PROPER FEEDBACK

I bought a front load washing machine of IFB on 22-12 .

From that time till date i had to call their customer care for small small problems.

But last time it went to the height, when i found the machine not working at all.

I registerd a complaint on 30-07, which was attended timely.

According to their executive who visted, a part was to be replaced which was not available at presnt but would be replaced in a day or two.

But since then i haven't recieved any feedback from their side.

I have called them number of times but still no response.

Every time they provide me some seniors numbers, which are always switched off.

Please look into the matter as feel a lot harrased.
