Complaint not being attended

Hello,

This is in reference of complaint that I made at your customer care for rectifying the error in my Wahing Machine.

I made the complaint on 4th jan and till now it has not been resolved rather closed without any notification

and when I called customer care they don't have any information about the same.

I had a word with the area manager MANOJ who promised that problem would be resolved within

3 working days where as its been more than 2 weeks and still no resolution. I am trying manoj's number and he is

NOT RESPONDING to it. Request you to kindly look in to the matter as a serious concern and DO NOT force me to take

legal action against the company.
