ATM PROBLEM

Sir,

on 01/10, I try to withdraw 15000/ Rs. from my saving account no. 1686 through my ATM CARD

but due to the problem in the ATM I could not get the money. But Rs 15000/- is deducted from my same account. I also given a application regarding this matter in the iob branch.

please do the necessary action to return my money in my account. I used the ATM of my branch.
