Dear Sir,

For your kind information that my Self Manish Kumar Verma (Pharmacist) had been working in IFFCO (Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Ltd.)Phulpur Ghiyangar since 30th March 1998 to 24th March (3 Years) and my P.F. had been deducted from my salry every month as govt. rules i.e. 12.5 %, Sir I have to infrom you that I was working there as skilled person on Contract basis & my iondirct Contractor was Mr. S.K. Pandey who is allready permanent employe of the Comp.(but Dircet Contractor Dr. R.N. Patahak has been running successfully there Nurshing Home i.e. Prayag Nurshing Home near Phulpur Bus Stand Allahabd) have not paying my P.F. Money. Although I have submitted my P.F. form with all requirment document to S.K. Pandey.

So Pls Let me know that what can I do. I am waiting for your reply.
