Statement and avilable limit not Correct

Dear Sir

I Have Used Ur Bank Credit Card 2feb-08 some day after i do the shopping and acctual amount Changed in convert to emi . june, july, aug i have not recived any statment and i have req ur coustmer care office 04/09/08 that plz statement provide me my mail id but some day after no revert 07/09/08 next time reminder but today any not revert.

My Total Limit 33000/-

and i m pay 5 aug 3200/- 5 sep 11000/- 9 sep 2200/- but my account error that ur avilable limt is 3200/- when total bill generted 23160/- and i m pay 16400/- than my ac not active and my card is block

so plz earlist send the statment hard and soft copy my mail id and add as soon as possible and plz check my A/c
