Not giving the IDV value in case of total loss

Hi,

I had purchased a Hyundai Santro GLS on 8th Jan for Rs. 3, 55, 000.

On 15 June it had been stolen by some body and i have claimed about the same for the insurance company. Now claim settlement process is at end point. But they have approved the amount Rs.3, 23, 790.But IDV is Rs. 3, 45, 116

Here i'm giving you the details about my invoice.

Ex-showroom price = 322915

Discounts = 41258

Net selling Price = 281657

VAT = 35, 207

Other charges = 29494

Total = 346358

Above amount is excluding of insurance premium amount that is Rs. 11, 330.15

So kindly tell me whether the amount they are offering is correct or i should get the IDV value.
