STRANGE ATTITUDE OF IFFCO TOKIO LTD

Dear Sir,

1. I am existing customer of Iffco Tokio Insurance Company and I have my motor cycle STAR CITY insured through the company. I wanted to renewal of the insurance but STRANGE are the ways of Iffco Tokio Ltd.

2. After lot of heptic efforts I was able to contact the Head Office of the company and they provided me the details of person to whom I should contact for the need. When I contacted some Mr Nipoon (on his mobile No 9876360509) he promised me that he will meet me for my requirements on No of times. Finally on 09 Nov at 1150 hrs I again contactged Mr Nipoon, he expressed his inabilities to help me out and rather clearly suggested that "PLEASE GO TO SOME OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MY TWO WHEELER INSURANCE NEEDS". I was not only SHOCKED for the reply but also swurprised to see the attitude of a person from a covoted company in such competative world.
