Washing machine dead for 4 months

First of all let me inform you that i am totally frustated with your worst service.my washing machine is dead for the past 5 months and during this period 6 of your representatives attented my machine. all of them came out with 6 various complaints and reasons for the defect.finally they say that the pump has to be changed. i am staying at saligramam, your representatives came from valsaravakkam branch.i want a permanent solution for this problem and reuse my machine. i had total trust in ifb products but sorry to say that i would never make a mistake in my life by buying ifb products. if u people are really genuine please do take care of my problem and do the needful to rectify the same. the last job number i got was 3151751, machine no- dig.5.kg, macine serial no. 001512
