Sir,

i had purchased ifb washing machine through bajaj finance on 19.12.2008 with down payment with T.Narendra Babu (executive in bajaj electronics, lakidikapool, hyderabad)& his cell no;9000540405.i was committed a EMI date on 5th every month and first EMI comes on 05.02.2009 (same written in application and i have written proof). In spite of this, ECS applied on 15.01.2009.At this time, no funds in my account and it was bounced. ICICI made penalty of Rs.281/-and it was repeated in the same month.so i was loose 562/-and your recovery agent asking EMI 600/- fine. How can i bare this much of harassment? i have all written proofs and thinking to go legally. At this stage, you may solve my problems i.e, 1.Rs.562/-(fine in bank) 2.i don't want to pay jan EMI 3.i con't able to pay EMI on 5th every month 4.i need not to pay fine on EMI.

even though you may solve above problems, you con't give solution my bank account bounce remark.
