IFM senorita DX washing Machine
Control board not replaced

There was problem with control board of my washing machine, so i raised a complaint. An IFM service executive has taken the control board before 20 days but not yet replaced. I called nearly 20 times for different levels of IFM customer care person. But no use.

I paid nearly 19000rs to purchase the machine. but it is not working within one year and the service is worst.

I had a good opinion on IFB. now i feel bad and i decided not to buy any IFB product and not to recommend to my friends.
