Poor performance

Hello there,

We run a software company in Cochin named I fort tech. Its very important for us about our connection and very much concerned about its speed and constant connection without a fail. For that we took Tata Indicom broadband connection of unlimited download. The officers assured us that they will supply a constant connection and speed. After 2 or 3 days the problems started as connection going on. We called the customer care service many times and no response from their side rather than saying their technicians are on their way to your office. Right now we are not getting the connection. And it had been a daily routine for us to call customer service and record our complaints and getting sure that problem will be fixed soon. We are fed up with this so we searched the number of area manager and we found Ashwin V as the area manger in Cochin. We called him and recorded our complaint. But the result was same. Right now he is not at all picking up his phone. Is this the way of behaving to the customers. So please take this as a serious issue and fix the problems.
