Money withdrawn twice

Hi,

My brother had withdrawn Rs.300 on 8th Sep 2009 at a Corporation Bank ATM in Mangalore.

But when i got the pass book updated a couple of days back, i saw that the transaction has been made twice. That is, 300 rupees has been withdrawn twice. This came a shock to me.

Had i not updated my passbook, i would be unaware of the whole issue.

I am not sure as to how long this faulty system is in existence.

Please rectify the same and let me know where and how can i get my hard earned money back.

Is there a grievance cell by any chance?
