HP Gas Cylinder Transfer Problem

Dear Sir,

Good Evening.

Recently I have shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad & I am using HP gas since 2 Years. When I purchase the cylinder at Pune I got immediate delivery for new connection and second cylinder I got after 1 month then I have shifted from Pune to Bangalore. At Bangalore I got delivery of my both transfer cylinders on spot when I submit my papers at IDEAL gas agency, Koramangala Check post, Bangalore and last 10 days before I got transferred from Bangalore to Hyderabad, but here (i.e samatha shivashakti enterprises, Dilsuknagar, Hyderabad) the case is total different to deliver the transfer cylinder they need one month time. So till that time how & where to feed myself & my family. Being such big city Bangalore can provide cylinders immediately why can’t in Hyderabad? I hope u can understand that gas is a basic necessity to run a family. I felt this is a pathetic situation being a HP customer. I request you please take action on your dealer to give a better service to customers.
