Complaint against non payment and bounced cheques

This is a complaint against non payment and bounced cheques against o2o technologies pvt. Ltd -formally igb technologies (operating from address - the elements, #465, udyog vihar, phase - V, gurgaon - 122016 (haryana)) within the investment forums, part of the financial services category. This company is offering e-commerce service and dsa service (direct seller's agreement) where customers make investment of 51000, 1, 00, 000 and so on and they are returning principle and approximately 19% to 29% profit within period of 5 months (as per amount) against investment with proper agreement. However they do not return money and keep investors taking turns at their office. They issue some postdated cheques that got bounce.

It has taken several months/Years of effert to recover previous amount however have not cleared the investment till date. They want us to further invest with them to get the previous money which is a suicidal work for people like us. Most cheques have bounced till now and multiple follow ups through mails, personal visit and phone calls are of no use. There are hundreds of complaints against this company on internet and many complaints at various police station (commissioner office gurgaon, jointcommissioner office, economic offence wing, dep. Commissioner of police, gurgaon etc.).

However no action taken so far.

I and my wife have invested around Rs 700000, still have around 200000 with them, they are now asking us to invest more to get the previous amount which is not possible as they made all the investers invest through creit card, we are facing double heat as we have to pay credit card bills and are not getting money from Igb technologies pvt. Ltd/ (O2o technologies pvt. Ltd) ) Please help us we have all the doucument /bounced cheques
