IGL
No Connection

Dear Sir,

We gave Rs 5300/- for new PNG connection no 4000020975 dated 30-12 to IGL on December, 30 2008 and was promised the connection within 30 - 45 days.

After waiting for seven months, No connection. Every time we call them at Dwarka office, they say one month.

We called up IGL and registered a complaint and they promised attendance within a day. But nothing has happened and every time we call up, they keep blaming their agencies or distributors or contractors. But as far as we are concerned, money was paid to IGL and it is their responsibility as we are customers of IGL and not anybody else.

Kindly use the powers vested in you to redress customer complaints and please take up this matter with immediate effect.
