New connection problem

I applied for a new connection with IGL through Future Fuels on 16/05 Form No. 917772 and Receipt No: 101634. A large number of flats in my complex have been given connection, but whenver i ask the site incharge he says your name is not on list. I contacted the Project Manager Sh. Dilip Kapoor, a very couteous person tried to help but could not. He then asked me to contact marketing person, i contact mr. Subashish he forwarded my call to another person Mr. Nahar singh. He was able to locate the problem and promised me that connection will be released by 22nd September. But till date i am still waiting.

I do not know on what basis they are giving new connections has any seratum followed or it is just randomly provided. No procedure followed while giving connection. I feel fed p calling again and again and people just forwarding calls here and there. The customer compliant dept. is also useless as for last more than 1 month i have been calling them regularly.
