NON CONNECTION OF PNG

I sudhir jain, a resident of Block A-11/F-I, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110096 got myself registered with IGL for PNG connection on 13.12.08 by depositing an amount of Rs.5, 000/- vide cheque No.252054 dated 13.12.08 drawn on PNB with an assurance to get the supply within two months. Almost a time period of 3 and half months is going to be over but I did not hear anything from the authorities. Also tried to contact IGL control/complaint rooms many times but of no avail. As PNG supply is already there in my block, it is a question of mere connection but nobody is ready to listen to me. A tel.no.(9911208950) of one Mr. Sikand given by their control room in Dilshad Garden whenever contracted answered that the connection could not take place as his labour is not in town.

Sir, is the response like a reputed IGL Co. should be like this when the question is just to connect the line with kitchen.

Can I hope to hear something positive from the authorities.
