Egarding charging money for a service regularly despite request for unsubscription

I have a complaint against igmobi.com for regularly charging rs 10/- for last few months every few days.i have repeatedly tried to get the service unsubscribed but i have failed.also i have never asked for subscription to the stardust package in the first place. i want to unsubscribe from this service with immideate effect and also i want my money back which has been charged after my requests for unsubscription. Also i want that i should be charged fer any service only if i have asked for it. my cell no is 9748631531.
