Refusal to issue DD favouring IGNOU without commission

Sir,

Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU has informed its students tht they can take DD frm any Axis Bank branch towards their exam fees, course registration fees etc without any commission..

however, Axis Bank Ltd - Indiranagar Branch of Bangalore has refused to issue me a DD favouring IGNOU without the applicable commission. They have told me tht they are not aware of any such arrangement with IGNOU .

It is requested tht the matter may pls be enquired and necessary action may please be taken. i may please be kept informed.
