IGNOU BCA non recipt of hall ticket for June

I am student IGNOU BCA. Due to some reason I am not able to fill up exam form on time. then I sent exam form with late fees by mistake to delhi SRE instead of sending to my RC center i.e Mulund Mumbai. Now they are not allowing mw to sit for examination because I sent to delhi main center. The new rule is applied from this year as so we are not aware of it fully.

Kindly look into this matter as early as possible so that I can able to sit for my examination.
