I have completed my MEG from IGNOU but till date i have not received my final marksheet or certificate i have contacted regional centre in lucknow but they are telling me that they are not responsible for giving certificate delhi regional centre is . ihave e mailed for my certificate but ihave not received any response yet my enrolment no. is 051629615. the result on the net is showing that i have completed my MEG i want to further do Bed but i am not sure now as i have not received my certificate for the course i have completed
