Regarding the Grade card status of B.com completed in 2005 from IGNOU

Hello,

I "Megha Soni" with enrolment no. "030616850" have send you many mails regarding my NC (Not Completed) status of EEC 11 on the Grade Card on Internet. Now, I cannot wait anymore. Its enough for me to send you mails again and again. Sir please tell me clearly what I have to do and what are you doing regarding my mails for a long period. I am sending you mails for the last year but you do not do anything regarding my status. Sir, I want to make sure that I will get my degree or not. I am waiting for 3 years after completion and I think it is too much time to provide degree for the University to any student after completion. But I do not know what is the problem. Last time, you told me that my assignment of EEC-11 is missing in the study center that is why the status of this subject is NC (not completed) on Grade Card on internet, after that I have submitted assignments twice for the completion status, but I did not get any response from your side. Till today, after 3-1/2 years of completion, I did not get any grade card or any certificate for the completion of B.Com from the University and I do not know I will get that in future or not.

Sir do the needful as soon as possible.
