IGNOU Chennai Regional Centre the worst consumer service

I joined my Certification Course by Dec and I failed to write my semester and deferred the exam for the next term end.

When I joined itself I raised a Demand Draft for a Amount and they told another amount which was not satisfying me although I paid it because I was interested with the course.

Later I didn t received any alert message for my Examination Fee, since I am a working women and Assistant manager of a Private Concern, So I cant check the website everytime.

Finally I paid for the next deferred sem exam fee and I have asked for Chennai centre and they published in my hall ticket for Salem centre Tamilnadu which is actually 300 km far away from my place and I cant take leave just like that from my organisation as I hold a desired designation and so, I would like to take Action as soon as possible towards the Chennai Regional Centre IGNOU and appoint mannerable people for the positions.
