Complaint of broadband connection

Hi,

Our internet is not working from last one weeks. I think there is some problem in Modem. I have made so many calls on different nos which your representatives provide us, they said we will send someone to repair but till now any representative didn't visit here without internet our business is facing many problem. The complaint no is 46900169 and 75 If you will not improve this attitute we would not be able to continue this connection.
