One and half year delay in issuing TDS Certificates

Sir,

This is with reference to the issue of my TDS Certificates from IIHT Banglore. I have Completed the Corporate Training for Cognizant Technology Services on Oracle 10g DBMS in Jan-Feb'2009. The trainings were respectively conducted in Hyderabad and Chennai. The Invoice for the same was generated and the payment for these trainings has also been released in Apr. TDS was deducted on the Invoice amount for which I am supposed to receive Form-16A from IIHT Banglore. I have been following up with them since one year as I need to file my tax returns. Neither my TDS certificate has been issued nor have I received any information from them that when would I receive it. Even after constant follow up through mails/phone calls they have not sent the Certificate. I had been told over the phone last month (Feb) that I would receive them in one week. But till now neither any communication nor the certificates have been issued from them. IIHT being a prestigious organization it is very sad on their part in terms of their reputation and standards
