IIHT Sucks!!!

I have completed my course (A, N) from IIHT kolkata. (Eastern Regional centre). I appeared for my exams in 07 and i was informed by the authorised persons that i will be informed whenever my certificates will arrive, however i was never informed. In 2008 i moved to Delhi and since then when ever i have returned to calcutta, I have contacted and i have never got any positive response.
