Refundable Security Money

Sir,

I have completed my MBA in 2005 from IIMT college meerut which is affiliated to uptu lucknow but the college is not giving my security money which was taken in 2003 at the counselling time not only myself many students who completed the course with me they have also not yet get their security money till now.our security money was 8000 Rs/- which was refundable but the management of our college is not giving our security money. As the other college under uptu lucknow those students have get their security money. Recently i have gone to my college for my security money they refused to give my security money.so sir how would i get my security money back from my college plz help me to get my security money as soon as possible.
