Non Delivery of Speed Post No-ES509509885IN

Dear Sir,

I had posted some gift items in urgency by EMS Speed Post (Tracking no- ES509509885IN) on 22nd July '09' for Agartala, from Guwahati. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location till the date 15th August '09'. It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service.

May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status? Hope the authority will give a quick response to keep our faith on Indian Post.
