Request for sending duplicate bill

Sir, Our Institute is Govt. office and we are your customer. The Mobile Phone No. 9860201144 i.e.A/C. No. 112.100830438 - is having with our Director. Our office is Govt. office and we required sufficient time for paying your bill before due date. Some time, it is noticed that your bill is not despatched in time and due to this this Institute is not able to pay the bill in time and to avoid delay payment charges. We have made several request that one copy of mobile bill may be sent to the dealing assistant at khare@tropmet.res.in to avoid further complications. Last month, I contacted one lady at your Shankerseth Road and she promised me that one copy in advance will be supplied by us. I tried to open Airtel Bill account with applying code no. etc. but I could succeed and I also forgot my code No. I once again request you kindly send each bill to me on the above mail address and also tell me my code no. which I have applied but forgot. I want to see bill account every month and want to put up the bill payment case to enable me to pay before due date. Please help me in the matter.
