Telephone/Internet not working and heptic bill is comming

Sir,

It is absolutely devastating situation for us. MTNL is crushing us like any thing. My Company Telephone/Internet is out of order since 16 Jul. Total 45 calls have been made but the bill has come for Rs. 3196/-. I have personnaly lodged not less than 10 complaints with MTNL customer Care No. 28114040 but there is no response and action initiated.
