Amount not yet come to my aunts credit card

Respected Sir/Madam My name is k.satish. I am doing job at ijm india infrastructre in (QS) Department. One month back i have Debiited Rs800 in my aunts account from Srikakulam Branch To Vijayawada branch. The account No is Abj/28.And after depositing i have confirmed three times the bank employes are saying that amount had already gone to the the accont but till now it has not come.please see that my money is transfered to that account &i had also payed the commision of Rs.40 please verify and i hope u will rectify my problem thanking u sir/madam urs faithfully, satish
