Credit card not received

Dear Sir,

This is to confirm that i have not received any credit card bearing no of 4339487468743649 from barclays bank, and this card is been used by one of the barclays employee only using my documents and now after the barclays authorize investigating person has met me at my house and confirmed that the mistake was done and it is from bank only, still they are not giving me the details of the closing certificate and they demand money from me to take of the wrongly fed details about me in the CBIL.

I Never expected a bank will go this cheap extent to collect money from a salaried person.

CAN ANY BODY HELP ME OR ADVISE ME TO, HELP ON THIS MATTER.
